The Wall Street Journal apparently thinks so highly of rapper Soulja Boy that they invited him to attend the Wall Street Journal Conversations at David Rubenstein Atrium in NYC yesterday.


The swag rapper not only performed, but he also spoke to the well-heeled guests.

T.I.’s Wife Tiny Charged with Drug Possession

Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, 35, will be arraigned on Monday in Los Angeles for misdemeanor drug possession — the same day her husband, rapper T.I., 30, is due to turn himself in to start serving an 11-month sentence at an Arkansas prison.

Cottle’s arraignment and T.I.’s incarceration both stem from a Sept. 1 traffic stop in West Hollywood. Police arrested the Atlanta-based newlyweds on suspicion of drug possession but only Cottle was charged. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday it would not prosecute Clifford Harris Jr., the rapper’s birth name, despite finding four ecstasy tablets on him.

That decision was reached in part because of the jail time facing T.I, 30. He was ordered to return to prison on Oct. 15 for violating his probation on weapons charges. [link]

Tiny will most likely avoid jail time on the misdemeanor charge. It isn’t clear if she plans to be in court for the arraignment or if her west coast counsel will represent her.

Her BFF Lala Vazquez also attended the birthday bash. Ciara turned 25 on October 25th.

Janet Jackson attended the Halloween Soiree hosted by Lanvin at their Madison Avenue boutique on the Upper Eastside in NYC yesterday.

By setting SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-framed) with your team, you will be building a business that can meet its strategic objectives.
